Action required summit documents after sent ivpackets

I have sent my Iv package to NVC on  8th may by postal n by tracking  no its shows delivered but there is no any update in system of NVC that documents has received while checking status check its show  same action required summit documents n my ds260form was received in 22april so guys how long I need to wait for my case approved n there is no any update in case status that my documents has been received please help me out ...From Nepal

Call NVC to find out what date they received your documents. Case complete is about 11 weeks from that date.

They use the latest date. If the DS260 was completed then the package sent, the package received date will be your scan date. I can't answer regarding length of time to interview.  We filed for CR1, not K1
