Hello!

I really need urgent help with our case:

Receipt Date: 10/nov/2004
Priority Date: 01/nov/2004
Approval Notice Date: 11/aug/2009

We are a family of 5, my parents, my sibblings and I, we applied for f4 being my mom the principal petitioner from our uncle being a US Citizen. A couple of weeks ago we recieved the letter to begin the proccess but when we did the first step that is to choose an agent (DS-261) only my mom and my dad are in the list. We need to know If we apply for CSPA and what is the proccess that we have to make:

Child No. 1 brithday: 21/jun/1990
Child No. 2 brithday: 19/jul/1993
Child No. 3 brithday: 13/dic/1994

Thank you for your help!

Please use the CSPA calculator to assess.

Child No1. looks questionable, but hope for the best.

CSPA is first calculated automatically by NVC upon Priority Date becoming current.

Final decision is made by the Counsel officer at US embassy conducting the interview.

Thank you for your answer Mutahir.

None of the 3 children appear in the form DS-260 and for the DS-261 (Choose and agent and address), and the receipt for the payments are only for my parents, how do we ask the NVC to add the 3 of us? or only my parents have to go throught the proccess and take our supporting documents to the interview and ask them to included our petitions?

Unfortunately, it looks like the oldest won't make it. The 2nd may be iffy. Best to contact NVC like @NigeriaorBust mentioned.
