Hey guys!

i'm not sure if any of you know the answer to my question but still. Because of some issues with my attorney, I'm late with my taxes...Long story short I haven't filed them in 3 years. So now I'm working on that. I'm self-employed and I'm not completely sure what IRS forms I need for the interview. I know I need my tax returns but what is that form called? Is it 1040? But my main question is how long will it take before I can get my returns? I need them for my fiancé to present at the interview...

thank you you so much! I hope someone can help me :)

My husband is self-employed too and we only used the 1040 for our K-1 and were approved just fine. That was Sweden though, but I assume all embassies want the 1040. When we file our taxes here in the US we get the 1040 with us when we leave our tax guy's office after filing our taxes. Not sure how it works if you haven't filed in 3 years though, have no experience of that.
