Possible? Sure. But they need to show sufficient ties to return home to overcome the tie of a US spouse. For PH, that's a pretty high bar (>26% refusal rate for B visas).

What ties does she have to PH?

Hey thanks for the reply. She is working full time as a medical analyst. She is currently taking her masters degree. Our car is named to her. But you think it'll affect her approval if she is a US Registered Nurse?

Well it sounds like she does have some ties, but there's no way to know if that's enough until she tries. Has she traveled in the past? To any western countries?

 

I'm not sure if that would hurt her not. If I had to guess, it wouldn't help as it makes it easier for her to work/live in the US.
