Hey guys!

So I have a little problem....

I sent my AOS package with I-765(EAD) and I-131(AP)

I have received receipt numbers for I-485 and I-131 but did not receive a receipt number for I-765(EAD)

Should I just call them on Monday to see whats going on?

I do not want to have delays on my I-765 because of their mistake!

Anyone had the same problem in the past?

Any info will be appreciated

I had the same happen to me, my i-765 was rejected and I had to resubmit it. They claimed the fee was wrong, which it obviously wasn't and they accepted the i-485 and i-131.

If it does get rejected you'll get the i-765 back in your mailbox in a couple of weeks. When you resubmit make sure you add a copy of the i-485 NOA1.

I am going to call the USCIS on Monday to see what's going on. Maybe they missed the I-765 form?

My wife sent the AOS package with cover letter stating everything she has in the package.

I really don't think I-765 will be rejected because we don't think there is any mistake on the form.

Hopefully the USCIS will resolve this first thing in the morning on Monday.

Thank you so much for your response!

Well, there was no mistake on my form either and it was still rejected. Either way, you can obviously call them and ask, maybe they can give you an answer as to why it wasn't accepted together with the other two applications.

So I called the USCIS and the tier 2 officer told us that our I-765 was rejected due to incorrect fee which I don't understand. My wife filed the AOS package with I-131 and I-765 so the fee should be waived.

I asked the tier 2 officer and she thought it was strange that I filed for the incorrect fee.

She told me what we can do now is to wait for the rejection letter and send it back with the I-485 NOA1 letter included.
