INSHA ALLAH, soon my wife will apply for AOS. She is on K3 visa. She has no immigration medical record whatsoever, so how do we fulfill medical requirement for AOS. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

If she got a K3 visa then there is a medical record and it is in the envelope that she turned in to CBP when she entered the country. She will likely need to get a vaccination report, form I-693A, from a Civil Surgeon. You can find one near you from the USCIS web site.

Did she have her medical in her homecountry? If not, she needs to see a civil surgeon here in the US and get a full medical exam. If she already had her immigration medical, she still needs to go to a civil surgeon to get form I-693 A (vaccinations).
