Hello so my husband got approved for his visa this past Monday (5-15-17) upon approval he received this green half sheet of paper that says he could log into the ais visa website to track his visa package. However we never created an account to begin with due to that fact that with solicited a immigration consultant to help us file his case and through the process, she was able to obtain his appointment through the national visa center along with all the other things we needed. So back to my main question and concern it is now Friday (5-19-17) and we still have no word as to if his package is ready. The immigration consultant logs in through a different portal to check and says it just shows in process. I called dhl customer service and did a zip code to zip code search from the embassy in ciudad Juarez and nothing yet under his name. He now has to spend another weekend there with no word yet! Has anyone else gone through this is so what can we do??? Also when I log into the national visa center to look up his case it shows it has been issued and printed. Help!

Hello, my interview was the following day. I'm still waiting for tracking number as well. There's the consulate help line that you can call and they can check if you have a tracking number assigned to your name. All you need to give them is his passport number.

Do you have the number?
