Hello Guys,

Here's what happen. As soon my fiance received the NVC case number via phone I paid for the visa right away, completed the DS-160 form, set up an appointment for medical (SLEC). And the priority date that I used is the receipt date of our NOA1 which was January 30, 2017. However, I finally received a response today from NVC via email since I have been also following up our case number through email before but I noticed that the priority date that they provided is different from the priority date that I used, they provided January 26, 2017 as priority date.

The question is, will this be an issue? Since I have used different priority date opposing to the one that they give?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
