I-129f and I-134 Question

Hello all,

 

Quick question, I'm getting ready to send out the I-129f and  received all the information I needed for the I-134 supporting documentation quicker than I expected.  Can I send the packet all together in the first mailing or do I need to wait for the NOA2 notification to send off the I-134?  Asking because I didn't know if I could do that and if they would except it.  Thanks for any advice.

The i134 is only needed at the interview stage.

Okay, so I should wait for the letter then send it to her?  Have been doing Google Drive with her, but she can only read it at work, not sure if she can access it from a work computer to see if she can print it from there.  If not I will have to mail it to her in the PH.

Not sure about her embassy's requirements, but if they need originals, you'd be looking at mailing the i134 and supporting docs so she can take them to her interview

They won't process any i134 documents until the embassy stage. The documents need to be up-to-date at that point, so you will have to send her new documents regardless.

Well you can send it, but they can't use it until the interview. At that point (6+ months from now), it's very likely to be too old/outdated to be usable.
