Delays in vermont ??

i was thinking what has happened to the historically fastest service center

is it the number of thousands of b1 / b2 processed by vermont ??

if thats the cause of delay isnt that the number of spouses waiting in here should be given preference 1st rather than the b1/ b2 visas and the loads of h-1b visas opened recently ?????

My EAD was approved in 27 days

we totally agree, VSC seems to slow down... we never got any touches! this is soooooooooooo sad! i can't help but cry!

thats true i have been waiting since long now gona be 9 months for our marriage i hope i get my interview soon

i will congratulate u took right decision of filinf for k-3 coz cr-1 takes much longer time add approx 3 more months to a k-3 time

and these days csc has shown a very faster improvement

i hope vermont gets faster now :unsure:

Hope things get faster for you. This is just bureaucracy to delay all petitions.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
