i was thinking about the cause of delay with vermont ?

it was considered historically the fastest service center ??

is it due to the number of thousands of b-1/ b-2 visas that are being processed at vermont,

in that case isnt that the spouses waiting in here should be given preference ??

That's not quite correct, of what i have read, when a case is on a AP, they send you a notice written clearly the case is on AP. Careful with people imagining things that are not true.

Vermont has historically been the fastest Service Ceter for I-129f Fiance petitions. Its slowness for every other piece of paper that passes through there is also legendary.

B visas are not processed (or ever even see) the Vermont Service Center.
