your case should be at the NVC now you can call them to get your case number and track when they sent it to the ambassy.
Or you can wait untill you ge a letter from the embassy in UAE to make an appointment for the ambassy interview. It cant hurt to take a look at the UAE embasy website. i put a link below for yourambesy to the page for the fiance visa. there you can find everything on how to scedual yur interview and what paperwork to get ready. some of this paperwork like police record can take a wile to get, so it cant hurt to start collecting the paperwork that you can already.
