AOS, agency who can help me to fill out forms

Hello. I sent my AOS package to USCIS last May 4 and I never got a NOA. So I tried calling the USCIS today and the guy said they sent it back to me since I filled it out wrong. Question is, I'm scared to fill it out by myself again. Does anyone know an agency who can help me, and a cheap one? What do you think I did wrong?

There are many agencies you can use, just google search.

 

As to what could be wrong, it literally could just be wrong payment amount, forgot to sign something, missing a page... doesn't mean you messed it up, it happens all the time.

 

Also, it can take 2-3 weeks for any NOA1's for the AOS packet...

Probably. I just wanted to ask people who had experience in using agencies. Whenever I type it in google it only showed me lawyers.

There are some 'agencies' that of course will simply fill out the paperwork with the information you have provided to them.

Some 'agencies' have a backing of a lawyer, but still is considered an agency.

 

RapidVisa, for instance, is just an agency with no lawyers involved. They assist on AOS paperwork. 

 

I would wait and see what if anything comes back with your paperwork honestly before going and paying someone or an agency.

 

Perhaps the person you spoke to on the phone had no clue honestly where your packet was (this is not uncommon by any means) you might just end up getting the NOA1's still for it being accepted. Again just wait at this point to see if your paperwork is indeed returned and then proceed from there.

I used RapidVisa when we were processing my K1 Visa. As of now the price for the AOS with them is $500. So I'm trying to look for someone else. Thank you. And this must be a dumb question, I think what was wrong was I filled it out in all-capital letters.
