I didn't ask if I needed to come. I asked if I would be allowed into the interview. Re-sent that exact thing, pointed out he and I file our federal and state taxes together and were wondering whose ticket to use it on Heee! Always ready to slip in any information to the embassy. We'll see

OH MY GOD I just printed out 356 emails and only 189 left to go! It gets old, this printing. This is the 5th time I've done it and all I can say is:

BLECH!

Feel sorry for him though, I send him about 5/day so he has poages and pages to look through and pick 2 per week or so. Poor guy heehee!

Today i'll have to print off a photo, get my AR state refund check which is to both of us and my remaining phone bills and copy these things, and get my remaining afadavit letters which are at home.. then I can pack up this freakin bundle and send it the h#ll away from here!!!!

Yeah, DHL is the fastest AND the cheapest too! Go figure! I am doing it tomorrow because he asked me to print a couple of other things. It should make it to him by Sunday.

Yeah, for Irene and Tawfiq!!!

It was a bit after 1am (Texas time) when she got the call, which means he was in and out of there in just over an hour (not counting time spent in line outside before they opened.)

She is over the moon, walking on clouds just overwhelmed with joy and relief and thankfulness. After a 14-month wait, her hubby will finally be coming home !

OMG! Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So what happened? did they keep his passport? when does he have to go back??? OMG oMG!!! I am so excited!!!

I'll be giving some stats later tonight on just how much a 6" thick DHL envelope will cost to Jordan LOLOL!

I printed out one email from every week-10 days from myself to my husband, and one from every day he emailed me.. and then the lists of the contents of our email folders from each other. Did you know that he has sent me 354 emails since July 22, 2005? Did you know I have sent him 2, 324 emails since July 22, 2005? LOLOLOL! He gave me his email password today and I sorted them all out into one folder so I could print out that "table of contents" and then a few emails. Oh. My. God. I talk A LOT.

I prayed for you Irene! And I am sooo glad it worked out! You are a good feeling of encouragement for us Amman-ers!

Hopefully Irene will be along to let you know specifics about the interview.... don't wanna steal her thunder.... but yes, they kept his passport. They told him he is approved, and that the visa will be issued in 5 days.
