Police Report and Court Decision / Statement translated in USA

Hi all, 

 

If i translate my Police Report and Court Decision /Statement here in usa, will USCIS accept it or do I need to send it back to the country where I came from and have it translated there?  

 

Do I need to include both Police Report and Court Statement or Decision for my AOS i-485 or only the Court Decision / Statement? 

 

For my EAD application, do I need to also answer 'yes' on the question; have you been arrested? The reason for asking this question is because It does not state whether in or outside USA.

 

If I can translate the documents here, does anyone know where I can find a good price in Miami.

As long as performed and certified by a translator it's fine.

If you have both include both. I'm not sure so maybe someone can chime in but I think technically you'd be fine with only the court decision.

If it was asking for a specific location it would specify...since it does not, it is asking "have you ever" regardless of where.
