I bought a couple of white shirts today. I must have like over a dozen white shirts. Problem is, they don't stay white. And those that do stay white, the buttons turn yellow. I dunno what the dry cleaners use on these shirts. But I should get rid of the ones that I don't wear anymore...

 

It went from 60 degrees in the beginning of the week to 93 today. I knew this was gonna happen. No Spring. And I love the spring.

Been really quite nice here, end of the week. Warm, but not too hot, and not much by way of humidity. That's about to change come Monday. Trying like crazy to get that darn garden in, and everything up and running before then. Tomorrow, I am going to finish the the job tomorrow. 

We are on countdown. 6 days until the UD and her charming husband arrive. Hoping something 'comes up' as it always seems to do.

 

After 2 years of waiting, Husband's C-file arrive on a CD yesterday. I've had to go through it, looking to see it's all there, and it isn't. 2987 pages of repetitive babel  but the med recs are still missing.  My eyes are out on stalks

Speaking of icky drain situations.  We've got sewer flies again.  Time to nuke the drain with hydrogen peroxide.

We remember when cuts in Mexico cost just $Many ($2+1), good old days man.

In the U.S., we consider the mid-single-digits reasonable for a decent cut, si man.

He rigged up a pedal control for the shaver for when he cuts the back of his head, engineering degree man.

1.  This is exactly why white shirts are a useless waste of money,  man.

     Out of Many (2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2-[2x2x2x2x2]) shirts that we have, only Many (2+1) are white, smart us man.

     However, our dry-cleanerette (who does shirts beautifully for $1 ea.) wouldn't turn your buttons yellow, so there man.

 

2.  It usually does go from Many degrees to Many degrees as June progresses, duh man.

     And, toward fall/winter, it goes from Many degrees to Many degrees, duh man.

Quite a pleasant, productive GS/ES route, si man.

-- Many-pc., deep-pocket king sheets for Ecu = $Many ($2+2+1, talked down from $2x2x2), steal man

-- weekly pillbox, 2 bottles unexpired iron tablets, Many-pack travel-size scented antibacterial lotions, 

     serving-fork/2 spoons, pack moist towelettes = $Many ($2x2x2-1), steal man

-- weekly pillbox (better than above) = $1-&-a-half, deal man

-- Many (2+2+2) books for Mini-B. = $1-&-a-half, deal man

Total = $Many ($2x2x2x2+2), deal man

 

In addition, we availed ourself of Napa Auto Parts' monthly Many%-off-before-Many-a.m. sale and got Many (2+2+1) oil filters for the T-B.- & Mrs.-T-B.-mobiles for a net $Many.Many ($2+2+1.2x2x2+2+1) each, steal man.

The above was the first GS/ES haul in recent memory that included no clothing items or bath linens, anomalous man.

After dropping our dry-cleaning & alterations at the dry-cleanerette's, we were free for lunch, oj tak.

We ingested Chinese at a burger place, si and don't ask man.

We then investigated a small grocery store in same center, investigate we man.

We found & bought 2 large, decently priced bags of plantain cheaps, favorites of Mrs. T-B. she man.

Yet again, we bought her cheap, cheap we man.

Aided by mostly cloudy skies & some breeze, we mow-lawned front & back, industrious we man.

It surprisingly did not kill us, live to tell about it we man.

Zero mosquito & hormiga del fuego bites, too, boon man.

Doing said job today averts overgrowth later, he who fails to plan plans to mow overgrowth man.

After recovering from mow-lawning, we turned attention to Special Occasion, heralded earlier man.

Saturday was our Many'th (2+2+1th) anniversary with cat, we with miu man.

We served cat two (2) Sheba Perfect Portions chicken pate (not cuts), favorite of miu man.

Cat wolfed every morsel, heartily ingest miu man.

Tomorrow, cat gets Sheba Perfect Portions turkey pate, equal favorite of miu man.

Then, back to up-using the cuts, not as favorite of miu man.
