Annoying things that happen in my local yard sale type group (it is town specific):

Seller posts ad location tagged in said town.

Potential Buyer claims item, but then writes or messages, "hey can you bring it to this other town 30+minutes away?"

Uhhh, no?  Why are you even in this group if you don't want to drive to the specified town and never pass through it?

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

That's annoying. There are a few chicken groups I'm in for Arkansas and you get ppl who are from out of state trying to sell. When they're asked where they are they get all annoyed because that person won't drive to them.

As for the pipes they are a mix and mash of junk. Part of the house was built in the 50's the rest in the 70's my biggest problem is mold/mildew growing in them :girlwerewolf2xn: How on earth does that even happen.

When I get around to doing anything to the bathrooms everything is going to be replaced. I'm doing a full gut right down to the studs. I already warned the Hillbilly :P

Well I can see that for the sink but the toilet?? I get mold in the toilet no matter how many times I clean it. I need to get those bleach pucks in the tank again. They helped a little bit.

Do you have a mold issue in the rest of your house?  Use a Hepa filter?
