We are eagerly planning our epic trip around Iowa in August, pre-glee we man.

Charting routes, locations of thrift shops, and potential overnight-stay locations, intense stuff man.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

Oh -- and for dinner, Tiff Mrs. T-B. served meat loaf with a casserole-type concoction of macaroni, baked-potato parts, corn, and bits of pressed turkey, ingest man.

 

And no vomit-like, poisonous, revolting stench of cilantro anywhere to be perceived, miracle of miracles man.

now, no one has free time to go upstate. I have to stop at the ace  hardware up there and get a ladder too.

I may have to sacrifice this Spring's fishing to work on the property. I've been putting it off too long.

There's things gotta be done, such as clear the ATV trails of fallen trees. There's 20 tons of gravel that's gotta be dozed around, but the tractors are still in Brooklyn. 1 of the quads won't start, that needs a day to work on. That. or it's gotta get towed back here so I can work on the thing. I think it's gonna need a carburetor...

My husband got chicken parmesan with a side of sautéed tomato, spaghetti squash, and zucchini.  He ingested too.  

 

My raised bed is constructed and filled and I planted some celery and broccoli in it last night.  I've already got tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, and spinach growing in pots.  There are a bunch of seeds I started this week that I am waiting on too.

It has posts ready to go for fencing, but our only garden trespassers at the moment are cats and birds. I think the cats scared off the bunnies. Where I live is basically like being in a city in the middle of the plains, so the deer don't come in. 

 

A lot of people in my neighborhood grow food, some fence and some don't. 

 

The Dane just put it together on Sunday, but I think he was planning on fencing.
