I can still deadlift 150lbs and squat 140.  Im a size 6 now.   I don't know what my 1RM is though beyond extrapolation as a percentage.  I'm shorter than you though at just under 5'4.  I havent been 135lbs since 2009.  Apparently I should be eating 1800 calories to maintain my bf%.  I should prolly get that done before I decide 1400 or 1800.

That is pretty good though, so you must be doing things right.

I have so so much shame... I haven't been 155 since January of 2008.

You've been busy with life.  It happens regardless.  The question is what you do with it.

the Taliban struck again? In London?

Seems to be the general consensus.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Was gonna say, I'm 5'6 and fit a size 8-10 at the same weight but I suppose I need to remember weight distribution

I am about 25% BF (I think) so that makes a difference to honest.  My goal is 21-22% BF.  I can weigh 140lbs and be a size 6 or 140lbs and be a 10.  It really depends on fitness, and also on how you are built.

Me too.  Lose and gain weight easily.

Women typically can put on at most 12lbs of muscle a year compared to a man's 24.  I expect testosterone is mostly to blame.  Hubs has a harder time being an ectomorph. He's eating 3000 calories and not gaining yet.  But i think the change has finally hit him because he jumped up 10lbs on his squat this week.

Its a sad indictment of things over there lately that my family all check in as soon as news hits so I don't have a breakdown trying to account for them all :(

I'm still waiting on one friend. Probably tucked up sound asleep and oblivious.  Glad you know, but sorry they feel they must, if you understand my meaning. <3

Hope you hear soon, the time difference is a nightmare at times like this :(

And yes it's so very wrong

At 5'6" and 135, I'd be a size 4 only because that is the minimum my hip bones have ever been at an adult height.  Size 10 for me is 165-170.

Yeah, it is true and I'm an emotional/stress eater to boot.  Meh, it is coming down and what is even better is that our house is 99% cleaned out of processed and packaged foods.

That must be nice.  I build muscle easily but I am a slower loser of weight.  I have a lot of testosterone for a woman and ridiculously low amount of estrogen.  My husband has on the low end of testosterone funnily enough.

There have been all these small terror attacks lately, it is crazy.  However on a positive note, I don't know if I am imagining it, but there seem to be less school shootings in America in the past few years.

Kiddo has done this...over green beans.  [...] The pickiness is still there

The only time Mini-B. has ever stated a dislike for any food was one time when he took a bite of a Carl's Jr. burger and wasn't expecting teriyaki sauce in it, unpicky wee man.

When Mama T-B. first began feeding baby food to Mini-B., she exclaimed, "I don't believe it!  He just opens his mouth and eats!", exclaim senior she man.
