I bought a special M-27 root stock mini-dwarf apple. I haven't decided what to do with the thing yet.

I also got one a those um...canadian root stock ones, I had to pay $ 1 dollar royalty to some canadian nursery....don't say I never gave canada nuttin!

It's called an "Ottawa-3"  root stock or some ####, I dunno what it does. I just bought it.....

How are you going to keep an eye on it with it being kind of far away?

1- Dutch...eat....like horse....grow....like...tree.....strong....like...ox....

2- I have 1 sweet pepper plant.

3- The area is fenced in, I put up goat fencing, and rabbit fencing for the peppers. It's exactly a 2 hour drive, in Sullivan county.

And Tiff is not even slightly chubby, geez.  

 

2 hours is a far drive for farming.  I mean, Fargo is 2 hours away and I never go there.  Mind you, so is Winnipeg and that is more tempting, but still far.

I'd hoped to get a little done out in the yard, but didn't get as far as that. We've  had two docs appointments and a trip to the lab, the grocery store, the chemist, and a trip to the medical equipment shop to get a chair for the shower. Tired out.

Won't likely get a chance tomorrow either, we have weather on the way.

This might be the year of the garden that never was.

My yard looks horrible this year.  Hubs cut down stuff and never finished.  I need a wood chipper.  He hasnt mowed the front lawn even.  :/ i refuse.  I do all the inside housework.
