Been a busy day kid # 3's birthday.    Made her coconut cream pie as her birthday pie       and she wanted French dip and fires for her supper.

As I am now head chef, we are having Shepherd's Pie for the (read dinner) She better eat it. I made it with real shepherds.

I love shepherds and cottage pie.  Trying to find a low fat, lower carb version is hard though.

Can't you just pack it full of veggies and use minimal mashed potato made with no fat milk?

 

I know you are probably all serious business about cutting down the calories so that probably isn't enough.

well...depends whatju mean by a "truck". If it's just a pick up, that's like a standard family car down south (Just ask Stretch).
