He's not getting a tip! My ac should not be having issues to begin with. Then it took all day get get this guy out here.

Nice of him to rush....

 

I am grumpy, I got some lovely frames to make a multi photo montage, I also got some double sided tape to keep the photos in place. Spent ages arranging the photos and applying strips of tape to each photo, lift the backing board with all my carefully arranged photos to put it in the frame and they all fell off - sticky tape that doesn't stick grrrrr

Yeah there's different grades sticky tapes. Look at 3M sticky tapes on Amazon. Find the right one.

Isn't it a new one they recommended/installed?  If so, then yeah Billy Bob is a cog in the blame machine.

Yes it's a new install. 

 

The guy couldn't find anything again wrong with it, he turned the fan speed up incase that was why it was freezing.

Oh he said the coils weren't frozen. Of course they weren't it's been off since 6:30 this morning and it took you all day to show up. it's like 100 degrees out there.

Billy Bob isn't too good...

If the evaporator/ hear exchanger ices up. It will not cool.

It may be low on refrigerant if it ices up.

He said the only two things that cause the evaporator coils icing up is air flow and low coolant( i think that was what he called it)
