I'm not one to offer advice.

But...make a plan, stick to it, focus, don't deviate.

Now...I noticed my brand new marine cooler is missing. I guess it found its way to the beach yesterday?

Tiff's thuggy friend should get a ticket just for that!

Oh, I didn't tell you guys about the ticket that she got?

Yesterday?

Going to the beach?

NY VTL 1229c1c?

3 points first offense?

Now if tiff wasn't throwing a hissy fit, and got into a p*ssing contest with me earlier in the year. Her thuggy friend wouldn't have gotten this ticket. Taught her a lesson! But of course, who's the first person she called begging for help?

Tiff is making me breakfast right now. Gee I wonder why...

Happy birthday Tbone!

During my time here in Sweden I finally made a decision about going back to school and what to study. I've been doing decent on only a high school diploma so far but I'm getting older and realizing that neither me nor my husband is immortal and realizing that I'm screwed if sometimes happens to him. Want to study IT because I'm a computer nerd and computers also don't say mean stuff like my current co-workers. Found the perfect program I wanted to study and then realized it was a "Associate of applied science" thing which means I'd be done in two years but that's not what I wanted. But the associates degree in IT doesn't include the courses I want and they don't seem to be available as electives either.

The absolute WORST about this is that I am apparently going to have to take a placement test in Math. I am awful at math and haven't had to do any math other than subtraction, addition and multiplication since... I don't even remember. So that's not going to go well. So yeah, no school for me this fall. It's going to have to be in spring. Classes begin August 21st and I get back to the US on August 18th.

Definitely do the BS degree instead of the AS.  Often times those AS ones don't transfer well into the BS and you'll end up basically doing a whole 3-4 years anyway.

I'll take your math test for you :)  I've only got two math classes left in my math degree, one that starts next month and a capstone type class.

Otherwise you'll end by like Nola here, who started college at 17 and is still in college at 30.  I change my mind a lot.

Speaking of crappy weekends, I had a paper due yesterday and my professor will take off 25% for it being a day late.  I tried to work through the morning sickness combined with the stomach bug (which is double fun when your kid is also throwing up which then makes you throw up from the smell), but no success.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Hey it took my sis 10 years to get a BA.

My first cousin 11 years.

My sister's cousin, just graduated at...39? The sissy guy that uses my guest room as storage. Him. He's totally useless in social skills but has a masters in biochemistry, got laid off by Merck after like 6 years (because he's a cheap pie face?), went back to school,  and he just finished up his pharmaceutical degree. Found s job in Baton Rouge. Btw, that field sucks now, stay away...

Don't really know what to do now though. The program I looked at was an AAS at a community college and not transferable to the one I would like to continue to for my BS. My plan is, since I waited so long to go to college (I'm almost 30) to get my AS have kids and then continue with my BS. Not going so well at the moment but my goal is to study this fall. And you are more than welcome to do my math placement test! :P

Sucks to have morning sickness AND stomach bug :( Hope you guys feel better soon!
