I'm working on a bit of Tudor costuming, nearly done when I put it away.  I had to rush through the Renn stuff for last November in TX, as in hemming a skirt at the hotel in very crappy light rushed, so I'm hoping to get a bit ahead of myself this year. I work out there so as not to take over the house, it isn't insulated really, and it's either too hot, or too cold.

If anyone is really interested, I can put up a few photos after tea.

I take my hat off to those of you who can sew, I sew a button on it's going to fall off the first time it's used 😂

We have finally finished the first bathroom, only taken 3 months ( did it all ourselves), now on to the other bathroom, kitchen, all floors, all rooms decorated....

I'd love to see a picture.  I sew in the gated off area by my fireplace.  I actually got into it after someone else was posting about it on this thread years ago.  Now it is a hobby.

We had cajun food yesterday, first time eating deep fried anything in MONTHS.  It was okay but I think they over cooked the shrimp.  Hubs enjoyed his gumbo.  Then we had a huge cold stone creamery ice cream in a chocolate waffle cone.  I told hubs I wasn't counting calories yesterday because of anniversary.  Back to the grind today.

That's awesome.  My last costume did not turn out so well.  Now it's like twice the size I need it to be! /sigh
