Why do you have to have cold showers? Is that something to do with having your hair colored? I've never done that, so I'm not sure

Hot water will strip the dye from your hair faster.  Rather like it helps get rid of oils and opens pores.  Using cool or cold water, special shampoo and washing less often will keep dye brighter and help it stay longer. 

I've noticed a huge difference with red and purple hair, both of which fade fairly quickly with both too much hot water washing and from the sun, compared to brown.

1.  We got the Many (2+2) Many-lb. suitcases checked with few fizzicle problems, minimal ouch man.  First flight was "too heavy" to take off and needed half + half-of-half an hour to fix that, good grief man.  Connecting gates for other airline not close, but they made it, she & wee man.  Should land within the hour, expecting call man.

 

2.  Our rubias (all Many of whom were waiting outside when we returned from the airport) are the ones who need cold showers, too excited by us man.

 

Many.  Begin drinking immediately and heavily, suggestion Eh ma'am.

On our way back from the airport, we stopped at IHOP, coupon man.

Early dinner = 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 pancakes = $Many ($2+2+1), deal and ingest we man.

At the casa, frolicked and cavorted with the rubias, we with she she she she she she man.

Fed demanding cat her soft glop, ingest miu man.

Took nap, much-needed man.

Awoke and embarked on bachelor supermarket trip, solo we man.

Diet shall be geared toward lose-weighting, shadow of former ourself man.

Must take some refrigerated stuff that we won't eat to a neighbor, can't let it go to waste man.

 

Mrs. T-B. left us with a sink full of filthy dishes, so what else is new man.

We intended to warsher them, cleanly we man.

However, dishwarsher already filled with items of variable cleanliness, old trick of Mrs. T-B.'s she man.

We therefore are warshering them, others can wait till tomorrow man.

 

Cat can't fully comprehend silence and lack of activity, conditioned miu man.

Well, flight landed in Ecu on time, but no call from Mrs. T-B. yet, silent she man.

Might be yakking with family, yak she with they man.

Suitcases might not have made it, tight connection man.

Off to take redneck for his spinal surgery, he has kept me awake alll night wittering about seeing us all on the other side if he doesn't make it through - I finally cracked and told him he's gonna get there sooner than he thinks if he keeps up with the doom speeches

I can't believe I gave up fishing this Spring. That's why the land lay waste all these years, because of fishing!

Stupid back is causing nerve pain in my hip.  Massage makes it worse.  Only ok thing about it is that it is the only type of pain that I get that responds to tylenol and I can take tylenol.  Yippee for me?
