I complain on FB about the availabiltiy of new swimsuits.  A "friend" suggests a store she bought her new tankini at. I dont want a tankini so while there are options for that everywhere, what ai want is a little more elusive. I also wont buy online, which would open up my options.  I hate returning things.

I always come a cropper with online sizing. I've sent a particular pair of pants back for the second time this week. First pair, although the  order-from measurements re correct, were two sizes too big. The next size down were still too big. Apparently this must be 'vanity' sizing. I've not worn a size 4 since grade school.

But, I also loathe in person shopping a well. I just dislike shopping I guess, in any form. Unless it involves books stores and wool shops, I'm good in those two, or bad depending on your point of view.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

We're reminded, Eh ma'am, that the Galveston 'cane wasn't the strongest to have hit the Texas coast, no man.

Many (2x2x2x2-2) years before the Galveston 'cane, a 'cane turned Indianola, Texas into matchsticks, sigh man.

Indianola had rivaled Galveston as Texas' chief port, history man.

According to the NOAA, the Indianola 'cane was the most intense of any 'cane to have hit the U.S. in the entire century of the Many00s, si man -- and to this day it remains the Many'th (2+2+1th) most intense to have struck the U.S., awesome man.

Edited to add, see man:

See points #1 & #Many (2x2x2-1) herein, see man:

Twice! I'm not surprised they didn't rebuild after the second one.  I liked Galveston, and walking through the business district was interesting, finding some of the places that were there then. Of course, many feet above where they used to be, given the grade-level raising they did.

Katrina carried off my Slidell cousin's house.  They sent me a photo of the two of them sitting on the front steps, which was all that remained. Not terribly long after that, she sent a picture that showed framing going up on that foundation. I thought they must be mad.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

We before the Linkin Page went on stage:

Looks like you had a great time!

I hate shopping for clothes, everywhere has different sizing and I loathe using the changing rooms.

Car stereo has been fitted by a man that can....now being defeated by the menus **sigh**

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

It had a radio I wanted Bluetooth so I can play my music and be hands free on the phone, our insurance agent told me to get an old car and only have liability for the first 2 years to keep the cost down but I like my forester and have had everything fixed so I'm keeping it till the wheels fall off 😂😂

The dollar general store had rednecks current favorite pop at $1 a can, I got a cart and loaded up - they scanned at $1.35, it took her ages to override every can, the people in the queue behind were not happy ☺️

Bad Eh ma'am!  Bad, BAD Eh ma'am!

Garage sales are an excellent place to find high-quality stuff that fits, see ma'am.

Last week, Many (2+2) of our Many (2+2+1) shirts came from GSs (the other from a thrift shop), satisfaction man.

Total expense for all = $Many.Many ($2+2+1 & a half), satisfaction man.

Furthermore, only one had to be dry-cleaned before wearing, bought others on hangers with d-c tags man.

Those who pay retail rarely know what they're missing, truth man.

We like Dollar General, but their override process is very tedious, sigh man.

Bad news this weekend, sigh man:  our nearest Sears will close in September, sad man.

How can they expect to increase sales and gain customers if they keep closing stores, counterintuitive man?
