My foreign fiancée is moving after we've submitted an 129F

Hi all!

My fiancée Sam and I submitted our 129F and received a receipt and case number on 14-Feb-2017. He is in the U.K.

His lease is up at the end of June, and he is going to move in with his parents just down the road while we wait out the rest of this loooooong process.

I need to update his mailing and soon-to-be physical address but I have no idea what to do. Some advise writing the CSC USCIS processing center; others advise waiting until our application *hopefully* gets approved and sent to the NVC; others advise contacting the US Embassy in London directly.

Has anyone else dealt with this?

Many thanks,

Jeni

He can go here and update his address because packet 3 and 4 (and the visa packet if approved at interview) will be send out to his address once the approved I-129F petition is at the Embassy. You will need the receipt number if it's still processing at CSC. Once in London he can always confirm with the Embassy if the address is updated correctly.

Thank you!!! I'm inserting a screenshot because it seems to only apply to US addresses or am I missing the obvious? (I tend to...) really appreciate your help :)

Did you fill it out completely to see what it says? It's just a standard lay-out but it should work.
