Greetings All,

I submitted the I-130 for my wife a few weeks ago. Rec'd the NOA #1 letter from USCIS this weekend. I understand that I should now submit the I-129F packet. I live in Colorado. The NOA seems to have been sent from the California Service Center, not the Nebraska one to which I submitted my I-130.

Should I send the I-129F to Nebraska or California?

02/23/2017 - sent NVC packets via USPS Priority Mail (note: I have to wait for my mom's police certificate, so there was a bit of a delay before I can send the package)

02/27/2017 - packets received at 11:30 am signed by N Visa Center

03/01/2017 - Scan Date

05/06/2017 - Case Completed

05/12/2017 - NVC scheduled the interview!

06/02/2017 - Medical (06/14 to 06/15 - Dad's Sputum Test)

06/16/2017 - Mom's Interview Date (Approved!)

Nebraska is not processing I-130 itself and hasnt been for a while now. I-130's are forwarded to CSC. Hopefully that will change again soon as it does make the wait a little longer.

As per Sheila's post....you send the I-129F with copy of the I-130 NOA1 to the Chicago Lock Box.....they then forward it the NBC (National Benefits Center formerly the Missouri Service Center)

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
