Hi Everyone,

My uncle's petition just got approved.  His sister (a US citizen and my aunt) filed for the visa.

I already paid the fees and submitted his DS-260 as his third-party agent.  I'm now preparing the documents I need to send for him to NVC.   I'd like to clarify the following:

1.  Who sends Photocopies of Financial Documents to NVC (number 3 on the required list)?   Is it the petitioner (my aunt)?  Or should it be my uncle or me as third-party agent (as in does my aunt need to send her documents to me then I send it to NVC)?
2.  If it's the petitioner who needs to send it to NVC, what do I check on the document cover sheet beside Photocopies of Financial Documents, Unavailable or Not Applicable?

Sorry in advance if this has been discussed in another post.

Thanks for all your help.

:)

It doesn't matter who will send IV and AOS package(send it in one envelope) as long as it'll reach NVC. Only I-864 have to be with original petitioner's signature.
