So I need your help guys. A bit confused with statuses. I'm waiting when I can finally start my K1 visa process. All what's left is to receive documents in Moscow. What status usually says that we're able to pay application fee and making appointment for the interview?

You need to wait for the status of "administrative processing" (usually takes 2-3 days). But also you can try now, because I was able to make the appointment of my interview with the status "ready." You need to make an appointment in your personal account here https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/SiteLogin  And pay the consular fee here http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru/ru-niv-paymentinfo.asp#options  Also do not forget to fill out the DS-160 form https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx
