I think the Vince Foster investigation is the gold standard for length of time and money to be spent on this.

So because you want revenge for the Vince Foster investigation you would further drag out an investigation that has gone on for a year without producing anything of substance? This goes to show the mentality of the people running the investigation. "Let's drag this out to get back at our political opposition". You do realize your tax dollars are being wasted on this along with the Republicans you want to get back at don't You?

Trump won the election. It has been six months already. It is about time the snowflakes get over it. If you oppose Trump so much put your time and energy into winning the next election with a better candidate than Trump instead of wasting it on this Russia nonsense. If you guys could find a better candidate than Trump I would gladly vote for them. I do not consider myself a Republican or Democrat I simply voted for who I saw as the better candidate. Hillary Clinton? Come on Democrats. I know you can do better than that. Present a candidate similar to someone like JFK and you might actually get my vote.

Yesterday  Trump told Lester Holt "I want to find out if there was a problem in the election having to do with Russia"

So there you have it. Lets all get behind our President and support him in his pursuit of the Capital t Truth.

He said that because he knows there is nothing to the accusations and this will ultimately be an embarrassment for the democrats.

Does anything embarrass the Democrats?  The ACA is imploding, I see Aetna is pulling out of all exchanges next year, and this great law was constructed passed and signed into law entirely by Democrats.

Good point. Instead of admitting they were wrong in passing Obamacare I have actually seen some democrats blame Obamacare's failures on Trump. They really have no shame.

White House. House. Senate. All three are Republican controlled. You should be asking them if they are embarrassed they can't keep their campaign promises to repeal and replace the ACA. They're putting party above country.

Actually they are in the process of repealing it. That doesn't change the fact that democrats can't take responsibility for Obamacare being a complete failure. Instead let's just blame Trump for everything.

In that case, they will live to see another mandate. It's really their game now. They have the majority, and they can do whatever they want. They need to stop blaming Obama for everything.

Still, it's all in the hands of their party.

In fact, so-called president and supreme party leader stated unequivocally so. He can fix it alone. The fail is all his.

He said he can. It's all on him, his House, and his Congress.

Of course, the real butt-hurt is on those who believe him, in him, and voted for him.

Even if you despise Trump you shouldn't be rooting for him to fail. His failure will be this country's failure. It is like being on a plane and hoping the pilot fails to fly it properly just because you don't like him. No matter how much you hate the pilot if he fails you die.

Bringing up Vince Foster was due to his use during the campaign, and right here in CEHST just a day or so ago to deflect from the growing Russian problem for Team Trump. Everything else in your post is just as off base, arguing points I didn't make, and positions I didn't state.

It's honestly pathetic that neither Donald Trump nor his minions can get past the election and take ownership of the cesspool of an Administration currently in the Oval Office.

I want to get to the bottom of Russian meddling in the election (firmly believe that much is truth) and if Team Trump colluded (possible, and firing the lead investigator now digs that hole deeper, but it's possible inching towards probable, and a whole other issue) as well. Team Trump is working hard to blend the two issues, and doing a great job of keeping them both at the forefront of discussion, all while delusionally feeling they are cleverly putting them to rest.
