Hi everybody,

we have received email notice that our K 3 application has been transfered from MSC to California on 26/03/2007. After that we have no news or any touches. I am wondering if we have to receive notice that the case has been received in California and if yes, how long does it take.

thanks in advance and fast approving to all of the VJ's members.

I don't understand. We have received notice that our case was transfered to California. My question is: Do we have to wait for a second notice that our case is received in California? I am tired to wait when our case will arrive to the place where they will review it. More than a month by now :crying:

I am very upset with them. My initial notice date was March 14. Now it's Apr 2 after the transfer notice. This will most likely delay my case by three weeks.

The immigration process is very well thought out and well executed....NOT!!!!

I've still got another 2 weeks or so before I get my notice from CSC that they have my I-129F so I'm in the same boat. I'm curious though...do you think they will go by our I-130 NOA1 Receipt date for processing, or do they go by this final I-129F transfer date? Anyone know?
