Got my invoice number today😊.

Do they email it to you? Did you already have your case number or did you get them both at the same time? When did the NVC get your case from the USCIS? Sorry about all the questions. I phoned NVC today, they got my case 30th Jan and they said call back next week for a case number. I wondered if they’ll give me the invoice number too? When can we start the process of submitting stuff? Sorry again 😊

Got both of them at the same time. I'm waiting on the welcomed package so i can continue with the process.

P.S you have to call them back to back. Mine was actually overdue, they had sent it to supervisor.

Thanks so much. Will you keep us updated? It’s reassuring to hear of progress. Did they say how long before they send the Welcome Pack to you? What does the case number and invoice number enable you to do? Just check your case status online?

Does anyone know about the proposed immigration bill that pretends to cut all parents and brothers of US citizens ? Will that come to effect soon if it passes the senate. If it does what will happend with all aplications pending . I heard that the moment is signed that is it consulates wont issue visas how that works.

No problem, I will also update my timeline. No I gave them my email, so I'm on the lookout. Case and invoice#s will allow you to access the website to pay for the visa.

Oh congrats! Glad things are moving along. Called NVC today for my case # and was told there was a delay because of a blizzard and my case should be entered into the system by days end. I'll be calling back tomorrow.

Case # & IIN Received by phone..... 2/13/18

Got my case # and IIN today. Tried to access the NVC website but got the " Case not eligible for further processing message". Not suprised since case was only entered into system yesterday. Will try again later during the week.

PS: The first agent would only give me the case # and not the IIN, but when I called back a few mins later the next agent gave it. I was also told I'd get an email with all necessary information and next steps.
