If the Petitioner does not have any income and the petitioner's husband works and qualifies as sponsor who fill out what version of the I-864?

Petitioner with no income I-864 and Husband I-864a

Or only husband fills I-864?

I'm pretty sure the petitioner fills out I 864 and the other person fills out I 864 A. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Called NVC today for case # and IIN. was told case received 1/26 (USCIS sent on 1/22), and to call back on Friday 2/9 or Monday 2/12 for case #.

Has your uscis status online changed?

It states I 130 approved 1/16, and case sent to Dep of State 1/22. Is that what you're referring to?

Yes. Cause mine was approved 31st Jan and online status still says case received

Hi, my I 130 was sent to the NVC from NSC on 1/26 so I’m not far behind you. Please can you post your success when you phone on Friday/Monday? I’ll wait to see how you get on and then phone them.

thanks

Pat

My aplication was sent to nvc on jan 26 they said that they recently recieved but not when i assume a week after. They told me that case number takes 4 to 6 weeks to be set. That i should call after 6 weeks if nothing

Of course that is always their generic answer being called evey day probably by hundreds of people. Lol

I called another day and another agent told me after asking nicely he commented that it could takes a couple of weeks at normal. And to try once a week to check i will call next monday.

Just fyi
