Hello there. what was the RFE for? Cos like you mentioned nothing stipulated the addition of a marriage certificate for a mother only a father.

The instructions like @Pat Stubbsmentioned is not a requirement for petitioning for a mother.

What'd you mean by this statement as i'm reading it very vague. Is it when the form i-130 is approved or when WE as the petitioners send the initial application packet?
