F2A November 2016 Filers

I have aged out of 21, but hoping CSPA protects me. The best situation for me is I need my I-130 petition to be pending longer so it can be closer to my priority date being current for CSPA to protect me. 

 

DOB: 06/24/1996

PD: Nov 21, 2016

 

Hoping everything goes my way. This may seem backwards to all of you guys that can't wait for your NOA2, but for me waiting longer is better in my case, I'm sorry

IS Anybody has any news from uscis cali yet? PD 11/21/2016, still waiting for the NO2. Why are they taking so long this year????

It seems that they are currently working on Sept, 2016

Well hopefully, we all get the approval before october for november filler, because I already booked the ticket to go visit my wife this october, so an approval before the trip would be nice👍👍👍👍

Because it seems like they are not moving forward from August..

Hi, I saw several Nov 7th RFEs and 1 Nov 10th Approval dated January 31st, 2018 through an unofficial USCIS app. Any news from Nov 2016 filers?

I heard that Sept 2016 filers still hasn't received their NOA2 yet.

I guess we still have to wait a little bit longer.

 

Hii... m on same track my husband is lpr applied for mee and my son . Priority date is November 21   2016 ..didn’t got approval from uscis yet..any more information regarding approval please update
