Yesterday May 9, 2017, my wife and I had our stokes interview in San Francisco office. Our interview is at 12:30pm, the IO started interviewing my wife and then I was interviewed after my wife. After I was interviewed the IO called my wife and I have to wait in the lobby again for next 45mins to1hour and then I was called again and then my wife has to wait in the lobby again. At around 4:45 the IO called my wife and I have to wait in the lobby. When my wife got out of the office she told me that the IO can not make a decision yet. We have 2 big wrong conflicting answers and there was 2 IO in the office. They told my wife, to tell the truth that it is a fraud married and they were trying to protect her since she is USC or else she will be going to jail. My wife told the IOs that this is not a fraud marraige and she loves me and will stay married forever. The IO told her that they can not make a decision yet and they will conduct an investigation. My wife responded go ahaed and investigate this is not fraud. What will be the next possible outcome of this situation? NOID? Third interview? Approval? And is it still possible for me to appeal if I receive NOID?

They could do a surprise home visit or perhaps a denial.  What other red flags do you two have?

We have an age difference. She is 12 years older than me.

Did you and your wife talk about what was asked? What were the two big conflicting answers you gave?  You will need to understand what they are hung up on in order to address it.

Also, a home visit is not just to "find you at home". It is also to see that your home is in fact also a joint home. As said, it's hard to know what they will do though.

Yes, me and my talked about it. The 2 conflicting answers were who took her to the airport and I yold the IO I did, while she said that she took Uber to get to the airport which was true because I was too drunk to drive her to the airport. The other one is that I live-in in a facility for work but I still go home whenever for a few months and she said I didn't and living at home with her.

First probably nobody come to your home.if they will approve you green card soon if not they will denied you. So next appeal I-290 so next 2-3 years waiting for decision .after this if they believe you next interview. So if everything go this way you are get green card 2021. But remember if denied you only 33 days for appel.

Is it most likely that I will receive  a Notice of intent to Deny?

So, do you live together most of the time, or once in a while?  I can understand their doubts if you guys were not in agreement about where you live. Best of luck.
