How can I specifically remove all email notifications? Even with spam filters Visa Journey is pretty spammy in notifications and it's not clear where precisely I have to turn EVERY notification off. I tried in the control panel but I still get notifications on threads I don't really care about.

Yes, you can control those options here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/notifications/options/

 

I use the "A notification when new content is posted" option and I get notifications here on the site, but not by email.

Is it working now? Maybe try unfollowing the thread and re-following it with the new option selected?
