It's a typical NYT attack on Trump's persona and nothing else (the kind of stuff the left drools at).. what about this is validating to you re: the legality of this dismissal, or how this is akin to watergate?

tfw people can't even see the strings they're being puppeted around on. :(

I will reiterate my admiration for the NYT in turning the ship around to business success. Their credibility was already suspect before, playing the social justice card to get left readers to jump on their personality bashing fest ("identity politics" as Bill puts it) is now their bread and butter.for sucking the left in to read this trivial garbage and think it amounts to anything.

For the left, it's like, the more you get told you're being illogical, the harder you try, and the further out in left field you go seeking validation for these comical views.

You see the world from where you sit. I am not sure who is buying the steady stream of pablum but Trumps polling 36% this week before he fired the FBI director and left his press secretary out in the shrubbery.  Not sure but I think after this he will dip to 32%. Not everyone sees things from your perspective and i haven't seen a compelling argument from you to change their mind.

Worst approval rating of a new president in recent memory and the guy has only been in office for 4 months. If it was 36% before all this went down wouldn't surprise me to see it get close to the 20s. All Trump will have left is his hardcore support, the same support who would cheer him he shot someone innocent on fifth avenue.

r Comey enjoyed broad support within the FBI and still does to this day," Mr McCabe told the panel on Thursday.

"I can confidently tell you that the vast majority of employees enjoyed a deep and positive connection to Director Comey."

He also called the Russia inquiry a "highly significant investigation", countering the White House depiction of it as "probably one of the smallest things" that the FBI has "got going on their plate".

Mr McCabe also vowed not to update the White House on the status of the investigation and to notify the Senate panel of any attempt to interfere with the inquiry.
