If that's true, then you should call the USCIS and ask about your case.

Also, if the case has just been denied, and it was sent back .. you can ask NVC or the embassy for package tracking number.

BUT confirm first with the embassy that the case has been denied.

uscis already  received it on oct  10

Then call USCIS first thing tomorrow,  around 1~2pm our time.

Ask detailed questions only about your case .. specifically, why was the case sent back or why was it denied. etc.

Also, do not let the case die for 6 months, and prepared to send a detailed response to the USCIS and refute whatever claim they have.

I don't remember the details of your case (like what red flags you might have), but whatever it is, I think you'll be able to overcome it, in shaa Allah.

Btw, most of the time it is almost a good thing that the case has been sent to the USCIS .. at least you know they were working on your case - and when you can rebuttal their false claims, the USCIS will simply reaffirm your case and they will have no choice but to issue your visa (the time line is different here).

Do you still have the original case number? The one for the approved I-129f petition?

Go to the uscis website and check the status of your case there.
