I think the USCIS has up to 60 days to respond to info you provide to their RFE request, so unfortunately you will need to allow until mid July if they don't change your wife's status beforehand. I don't think calling them will help in this case as they will just advise that their response to the photos you have provided is still within the expected time frame for them to process the RFE.

Could you please provide an update of what happen after you mail the photos? Was she approved?

July 27th 2017 we were "placed in line for Oath Ceremony."

 

As far as I remember, we heard nothing prior to that.

 

Check my time-line for the rest.
