 Hi! I am waiting for my K1 visa. The case is in NVC 

 

I  am so sorry, but I got confused (

 

Could anyone sent me exactly list of document for me and my fiance (petitioner)

 

Especially I am interested in

1) Does my fiance (petitioner ) need police record? Because he used to live in 2 countries since 16 years ).

I know I need but what about him???

2) Does I need my translated in English birth certificate???

No your fiancé does not need to provide police records. The NVC and embassy stage us all about you, not the USC. You will need to check your embassy's list of what documents are required at the interview as the requirements vary.  

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

If a document is in Ukrainian, Russian or English, you don't need to translate it for the interview.
