Same with me v/o asked for joint sponsor's w2 and told me u will get ur visa in 10 days after u submit the w2 my case status is showing Ready fr interview

Ready means AP too sometimes. if u want to know what is really going on ur case behind computer generated reply from embassy .call 4 pm pakistan time select language and then press 2. Tell them u want to know most recent progress made on ur case.some time they tell u right way.some time they transfer ur call to an other department and they will give u information.

Brother after some days i will e-mail and my father will also go to the congressman

U can try that and even congress man . But some times they five them general reply cos they are not bound by them. Nothing can expidate the case untill AP over. How long u have been in AP after interview or submission the last any documents if there is any . And what is ur status right now and how many updates u had on ur case after it.

I'm in Ready from day 1 my interview date was 24th April since then 7 updates last one was 16 th of May v/o asked for w2 my brother submitted it at 25th May and got the confirmation e-mail from visa section

Thank you cause i am monitoring few friends case too. They not working on there case too like mine . Actually they not working on pending case and one of the case they refused today as u see see his post in hot topic at first page also from pakistan for immigrant visa . So when we share experience  with each other so at least we can predict our next stages
