I'm so sad. We had every single paper we needed, 6.5 years together, tons of evidence, and 7 trips. We got denied? WHY WHY  WHY??? Within a few weeks, we went from AP to Refused. I just don't get why we were denied. I'm still so angry that there is no justice in immigration. We are an older couple. I never once doubted that we had enough evidence to over red flags...some age difference, my divorces, different religion. I'm 66. I don't give a rat's butt about our religions, divorces, or ages and neither does he. The questions he asked were normal. They didn't say or ask anything unusual. The only thing that was even said (mockingly), you are her 5th marriage? Why do they care about our marriages and divorces if we don't care? They didn't ask the reasons for my divorces. How long does it take to prove to them we are a couple? Forever??? He's not a kid either. What is the answer? 10 trips, 100 trips, keep reapplying until you literally die? This is just so unfair. I am just hurting so much....

So sorry to read this. Have you read up about what to do next? Try to get a second appt (see if you can attend) Once it goes back to USCIS its too late. Then you just sit and wait. There are various opinions on VJ about what to do. Some people refile, some people wait it out. Each case is different so its hard to say what the best path is. But see if you can talk to them before they send it back. 

 

Perhaps if this was its own post youd get more responses. You can report the post and ask the mod to create a new thread for it.

I got a date changed today as well. But i think its because i requested my passport to travel for few weeks. Don't know for sure.

 

I hope our situation solve soon.

When the senator's office called the embassy, they said they had already returned our papers. They sure as heck didn't waste any time sending it back. My senators' offices say we have to wait until we find out the reason why, then see if we can address the reason(s). I am so angry and sad I can't see straight. I don't know what else we can do. They asked usual questions, then gave him grief about my 4 divorces (like I can change that). They asked him why he had only a few friends on the site where we met. He is a tour guide. He was there for business. He had pics of where he had visited, etc., for his business. BUT that site doesn't exist any more and we didn't keep proof because we were just friends for so long. I also called them right after. They must have sent it off the same day....I am soooo angry because there is no good reason to deny us. I see all these people getting their visas, and we have had 7 visits and been together 6.5 years. I don't know if there's anybody else that has done all that....grrrr

 

If he ends up getting another interview, you can be sure I'll be there come he!! or high water.

No buddy this means its under administrative processing..and i just saw my case status my visa got issued Allah ka shukar.
