I didn't get it..security check is done in washington but then u said they dont send case to US? What does that mean?

I mean to say, Embassy don't send the petition back to US for security check. They just send information about applicants to relevant agencies for security check. Petition is only send back when they refuse your case.

I am so sorry to see that. They refused your case and send it back to USCIS. It will go back to USCIS to the officer who approved it and they will send you the NOIR (Notice of Intent to Revoke) in couple of months. But unfortunately by then the petition will be expired already and you won't be able to appeal it. That's the bad side of K1. If it was CR1 it don't expire and once you receive NOIR you can appeal it. but not in K1. It will expire and will be closed.
