Looking for a template or sample of the letter that my step sons' dad needs to write as a part of the I-130 process.

I have put a link below that may be helpful for you.  I also had to get a consent letter for my stepdaughter.  I did not use any of the downloads from the link below, but this may be a good start for you and give you some ideas.  Some consent letters are very informal and others are very formal.  As long as you state what is necessary and it is notarized you will be ok.
