My fiance didn't receieve any color coded card after his interview finished

Hey, i'm concerned with my fiance's interview today in Kabul embassy. when he was finished they told him they had to email my lawyer something and to follow that

secondly, he didn't get any yellow, green, pink etc.. card all he got back is this white form: the uscis immigrant fee (mind u at the top of it says congratulations ur approved to migrate to US) which he has to pay to cover immigrant visa packet.

also, at the end they gave his visa back

so i dont knowwhat this means ? 😏 Help what should i do?

Simply u are approved.and when he will get his visa he had ompay fee before fly or after laning usa.

Did you even read that paper? Sometimes I just do not understand people asking this kind of questions...

Yes i see the paper but why ddint he get his passport taken and why they said we have to contact your lawyer first ?

why didnt they just sinoly say pay the fee and we will issue the visa theybare very indirect

@hope 4 the best the paper says in order to pay the fee online u have to type the Alien number on the top of the paper and the DOS case Id Which is not provided so now what?? Why is this? @Springrain22
