if you honestly think flynn was on the up and up with his convos, why is he under investigation? why is he no longer ns advisor? it's sort of offensive that you're coming at me with trump lines months after they've lost their usefulness.

I thought the firing/resignation was pretty clear.  As to the investigation, I am sure there are a lot of government employees that could be investigated for the same thing.

running the government like a business is whipping up so much fail that by 2020 you should be very afraid that we just might take the whole shebang over. i can't wait.

Recall that the left crucified Jeff Sessions for doing his job as a Senator and talking to foreign representatives of Russia while absolutely no outrage was given for other members of the Senate and Obama doing the same. Different standards for different people. 

 

I've yet to see the left justify this but then again I don't expect them to be able to. It's all part of one giant tantrum over Trump winning. I'm just glad I've been alive to witness it.

The only thing that would be sweeter than Trump beating Hillary in 2016, would be his beating her again in 2020.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. 

 

What about Tillerson doing business with Russia? What about Sessions talking to Russian officials? The left have literally turned everything into a conspiracy to try and validate their childish tantrums. 

 

It's as obvious as day they are so incensed and desperate they will cling to anything to avoid understanding that the election of Trump was as legitimate as any other election.

I did read the article, and I didn't see any reference to "documented" evidence.  For all we know, the Macron side started the whole story about the supposed hack to take advantage of the Russian meddling/collusion narrative that is still alive here.  Was any of the hacked information let out?  If Russia/Putin really wanted to influence the election via hacked information, it would have been smarter to do it much sooner.

Fair enough on the documented evidence for France...I have seen reports  by some security but no proof that a Russian computer altered some of the files downloaded.  I also heard that the information hacked may have been from a honey pot set up by Marcrons group with some watered down information.  Apparently the break in occurred two weeks ago and for some reason the parties saw fit to drop the details right before the election.  The promotion of the pastebin started in the US on 4chan and did not even reach the French language sites for hours.   A combination of no real material in the hack, tactics in releasing the information and the French not giving a sous about internet conspiracies may have neutered the entire effort.  

 

  I think the larger context, forewarned is forearmed.  These type of attacks will  less of a threat as campaigns and government beef up their systems,  The consumers of news are aware of this potential manipulation and Social media adapts to bots.   If Putin is behind these attacks, he is probably seeing them as more trouble that they are worth at this point and will move on to other tactics.  

 

But we do live in a new era.
