It's strange that before the MSM decided to play this card placating to leftist tantrums about Trump winning the 2016 election, Russia's prior antics didn't matter. I despise the NYT's politics but I respect their ability to cater to the people that refuse to use their brain.

exactly. critical thinking does not involve disregarding information you feel might 'trigger' you. 

maybe it's a pride thing, considering russia duped trump supporters (oh and the trump supporters that are a bit embarrassed to come right out and shout maga loud and proud) and not critical thinkers, who actually know how to weed out fake news and do their own fact checking.

What's documented is, thanks to Wikileaks, the DNC rigging the primaries for Hillary, along with the MSM who were caught red handed trying to BS Americans. It just speaks volumes about the left and their hilarious naivety/selective outrage. Every time I read one of these articles I laugh because every few seconds there's a lefty who's running to tweet or post this somewhere on the internet because they're desperately looking for anything to affirm their beliefs that the 2016 election was not legitimate as a cover for their own psychological issues with losing an election.

 

I mean, this hacking claim is so watered down now it's about "influencing".. which people in virtually every country on this planet do, with varying degrees of success. This is how low the leftist desperation has sunk.

no one denies the dnc rigged the primaries for hillary - and that has nothing to do with flynn or yates or russia employing trolls to spread lies to bs americans. why doesn't that bs bother you.?
