OP is confused about needs and wants.

 

He wants his family to go on vacation with him when his company sends him to Orlando for an exhibition.  He is confusing his wants with what the company needs.

 

Imranyounus, your company does not need your family to go to Orlando.  You want them to go.  

 

It's highly unlikely that your family will get visas.  It's not going to happen.
